Every prospect property is scored across eight investment metrics: cash-on-cash return vs target, DSCR, the 1% rule, CAPEX risk, tax reassessment impact, crime level, market supply (MSI), and rent vs Census median income. Properties receive a GO, REVIEW, or NO_GO grade.

We use a third-party email service to deliver transactional emails. Your name and email address are shared with this provider for delivery purposes only.

Cloud Infrastructure

The Service is hosted on cloud infrastructure providers. All data stored on our servers is subject to those providers' security and compliance certifications.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and property data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
